Getting Started
Get started with Hermetiq in just a few minutes. This guide covers signing up, uploading your first recording, and generating a clinical note.

Sign Up
Create your account
Sign up with your email address at gethermetiq.com/signup. No credit card required.
Access the app
After signing up, you'll be taken directly to the Hermetiq app. You can access it from any device with a modern browser.
Your First Session
Create a session
Click New Session to get started. You can either upload a recording or paste notes directly.
- Upload audio: Voice Memos, Zoom recordings, dictaphone files. MP3, WAV, M4A, and WebM supported
- Paste notes: If you have rough session notes, paste them directly
Generate your note
Choose your output format (SOAP, DAP, BIRP, Progress Note, etc.) and click Generate.
Hermetiq will transcribe the audio (if provided) and generate a structured clinical note. All processing is end-to-end encrypted and audio is deleted immediately after transcription.
Review and export
Review the generated note. You can edit any section before exporting.
- Copy to clipboard: Paste directly into your EHR
- Export as PDF: Save a formatted document

The free trial includes 1 hour of transcription. Upgrade to Pro ($29/month) for 100 hours per month and priority support. You can upgrade anytime from your account settings.
